Free & Reduced Forms & Information

Klamath County students
You can save up to $530 per child a year if you qualify for free or reduced priced meals, which includes breakfast and lunch. All grade levels are included. Applications may be turned in any time during the year.

A new application must be completed each year, and only forms for the current year are accepted. Applications are available from the links to the left.

Only one application form needs to be completed per family, with the exception of foster children, who must each be on a separate form. Once an application has been approved it will not be necessary to complete a new application during the school year. Call our office at (883-5049) with any changes.

 

Current year Free and Reduced Priced Meals Applications are available from the Food Services office, your child's school office or printed from the links to the left.

Complete and sign the application and return it to the Food Services address below or to your child's school office or kitchen. Your application will be processed within five working days. You and your child's school will be notified of your eligibility status.
